Requirements

1What if I cancel my reservation?
The credit card number is to guarantee the client arrival. The car rental will charge the client an annulment fee equal to one day rental or 25% (whichever is greater) of the reservation fees in case of failure to arrive, without prior cancellation of the reservation. The reservation can be cancel via fax or e-mail at least 48 hours before planned arrival.
2Rental Grace Policy?
Rental is based on a 24-hour period. The client receives a 60-minute grace period. If he/she keeps the vehicle after this time, an hourly rate will apply from minute one.
3Can I use my international driver's license?
Valid drivers licenses issued in your state or country are acceptable as well as international driver's licenses.
4Do I need insurance?
Yes, insurance is required by state law.
5Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)/ Responsibility for Vehicle Damage
If you do not purchase Collision Damage Waiver, you are responsible for all damage to the rented vehicle. If you purchase Collision Damage Waiver, we will waive our right to collect from you all, or a portion of, damage to the rented vehicle caused by collision or upset. The amount of your responsibility varies according to the type of vehicle you rent. In addition there are other exclusions from Collision Damage Waiver. Please read the back of the Arow Auto Rental Agreement for a complete list of exclusions CDW is optional; your personal auto policy may cover damage to the rented vehicle.
6Local Resident Insurance Requirements
If you live in the state of Florida, you must show proof of auto liability and physical damage insurance covering our vehicle. Proof of insurance should include the name and address of the insurance company and the policy number. We can elect not to rent to you if you do not present the required proof insurance coverage.
7Suplemental Liability Insurance (SLI)
Liability insurance protects you against claims for injury or damage you cause to third persons or their property. It does not cover injury to you or damage to the rented vehicle. If you wish to increase the limits of liability insurance protection, you can purchase Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) from us at the time of rental. SLI increases liability coverage up to $1 million combined single limit for each accident. SLI is an optional product and its purchase is not a condition of rental.
8What are your age requirements?
Minimum age is 21 years old. An under age fee will be charge to renters under 25 years of Age.

Service

1Do you pick up and drop off customers?
Yes, we have a service to pick up and drop off customers for rentals.
2Do you deliver and pick up the vehicle?
Yes, we do provide these services.
3Do you pick up at the airports?
Yes, we pick up from the airport and deliver to the airport at a nominal fee Since our offices are located in Miami, all other cities will have a pickup and drop of fee as follows Pick up and drop of fees: --Miami International Airport $9.95 each pick up or delivery --Orlando International Airport $199.95 each pick up or delivery --West Palm Beach $79.95 each each pick up or delivery --Naples-Cape Coral-Fort Myers $199.95 each pick up or delivery
4Do you deliver at the hotels?
Yes, we do deliver at hotels but customer needs to be present to sign your rental contract.

Method of payment

1What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay cash, check, credit card, travels check,debit card or paypal.
2Can I use another persons credit card for renting a vehicle?
Yes, but the card holder must present with proper i.d. to sign the rental contract.

Deposit

1Do I need a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required for security purposes. The amount of the requested deposit will be returned to you.
2How much is the deposit?
The deposits is based on the type of vehicle, usually from $250.00 to $500.00 for cash deposits.

Type of vehicles

1What type of cars do you have?
We have economy, compact, mid size, full size, convertibles, vans, SUVs and and a full line of luxury, exotic and sport cars.
2Do you have automatic or stick shift cars?
We have automatic cars and stick shift cars, make sure you ask for a stick shift in advance. Since most of our cars are automatic.
3Do you have air conditioned cars?
Yes, all our cars have air conditioning.
4Do you rent cars by the hour?
Sorry our minimum rental is one day.

Accessories

1Do you offer accessories with your rentals?
We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles. The accessories are a baby seat, cell phones, and GPS systems.

Additional charges

1Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?
Yes, additional charges apply when rental vehicle is to be driven by more than one person.
2Is there an additional charge for fuel?
Fuel must be brought back the same way it was given to you, fuel difference will be charge at 8.95 per gallon.
3Is there an additional charge for underage?
Yes, it only applies to customers that are 21-24 years old. under age get from 9.95 to 29.95 depending on the type of vehicle.

Out-of-state

1Can I drive out-of-state?
Vehicles can only be within the state. Contact us for additional fee to take vehicles out-of-state.

Monthly Special

1If I rent a vehicle for a month can I get a good price?
Yes, vehicles can be rented by the month and receive a special offer.

Discounts

1Do you have AAA, travel agencies or airport employee's discounts?
Since we are running a promotion rate at this time.All discount are suspended during the following 3 month.
2Do you offer coupons?
Yes we do, you can print it out from the web site when available.

Returning vehicles

1If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave your vehicle?
Yes, we have a drop off service. Let us know in advance for instructions on where to leave your vehicle, in must cases we can arrange an after our pick up.
